and played probably best this season in lieu of the opposition and dominated midfield creating numerous chances eventually
equalising in 65 mins and looking likely to go on and win but again failed to take our opportunities..Riverside
then given their opening with loose pass and pounced with well taken goal to go ahead in 80th min and then scored further
two (last one blatant offside goal..) in last 5 mins to seal the win. Disapointing result after playing
so well but clinical finishing the difference in sides in the end. Goals from Euan(2) and Daz.
MERPRO 3 V 2 MORGAN FPs DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 16/3/13 2PM KO Important victory and closer scoreline than balance of play
indicates. Morgan went ahead against run of play in 20 mins with well hit long range shot. Merpro equalised in 47 mins
and went behind again in 49..but eventually wore down visitors with equaliser in 58 mins and then late winner in 88th
min. Missed chances kept a stuffy Morgan side in game and tense up till latter stages. Goals from Craig,
Daz and Euan.
FC POLONIA 7 V 2 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 9/3/13
2PM KO Closer game than score reflects but match turned on 5 minute spell start of second half. Rocket header cleared
off line then Polonia long ball and good finish go up park to score. Straight from ko break through again whilst down
to 10 men and instead of 2-2 turns into 4-1..too much to claw back and home side run out deserved second half winners. Goals from deft Kevin Hector turn and curled top corner beauty and Craig Allan.
DUNDEE CITY 2 V 2 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY
2/3/13 2PM KO Intense game against good footballing side - started slowly as City dominated and went behind
after 5 minutes with og. Weathered slick opening and then found match pace and then went onto dominate latter stages first
half and second half up to 70 mins. City galvanised after equalising to force period of unrelenting pressure in latter
stages. Various good chances , GK saves, had three cleared off line, hit post and also disputed goal but unfortunately
no goal line technology to prove ball over the line.. Goals from Daz Mac double (again..)

MERPRO 2 V 2 DOUGLAS SC DIVISION 1 SATURDAY
23/2/13 2PM KO Bizarre match/decisions totally dominated for 70 mins after incredulous pen awarded against
us in 1st minute and then proceeded to miss barrowload of chances for remainder of game. Finally went ahead only to be pegged
back by another very doubtful pen..goals by Campbell and Boulder.Played well and very frustrating.
DUNDEE UNIVERSITY 2 V 3 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 16/3/13
2PM KO Well deserved victory literally dug out on muddy pitch - kept taking lead and kept giving goals back
to Uni. (Police suspect some match fixin' going on by mudder John today..OG and short passback !) Goals from Daz(2)
first for Merpro and Hector.

ARBROATH HARP 1 V 2 MERPRO BREMNER CUP 2ND ROUND SATURDAY
9/2/13 1.30PM KO (ptaf) Decent enough performance and largely in control for most of the match - scoreline fails
to reflect that amazingly 3 penalty claims denied(acknowledged graciously post match by Harp) but also never clinically
finished off match. All the best for Davie and Harp trying to build up young promising side. Goals from Euan x 2

MERPRO 5 V 6 NEWPORT DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 19/1/13 2PM KO Disappointing result somehow contrived to lose match - down 4-1 at half time. Repeatedly
hit on rapier break away attacks although credit due as some of the goals Newport scored were pretty good along
with freak Rocket og,..another great fightback but also missed good chances and pen claims x 2 denied..deserved
at least share of spoils. Goals from Boulder, og, Aiden(2) first ever for Merpro and Euan.

MERPRO 3 V 3 LOWSON UNITED DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 12/1/13 2PM KO Enthralling match with both sides intent on playing good football. Lowson
opened strongly but thereafter Merpro largely dominant side. Lowson however clinical and made most of their(gifted)goalscoring opportunities
to somehow be 3 nil up at half time..great second half attitude with concerted fightback keeping opponents pinned back to
eventually draw level and share the spoils. Goals from Campbell,Boulder and Euan.

ARBROATH CSC 4 V 0 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY
5/1/13 2PM KO New Year first foot through to Arbroath. Good opening but CSC deserved winners with their experienced side
too strong.

games.
MERPRO 0 V 5 FC CLAYPOTTS DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 1/12/12
2PM KO Very disapointing performance heavily influenced by previous evenings social engagement..frustrating all round. First half Claypotts started brighter but Merpro came back into match with some decent linking play but lost 2 goals just
before half time. Second half never got going and hardworking visitors fully ran out deserved winners.
MERPRO 3 V 4 PORTCULLIS NORTH OF TAY CUP 2ND ROUND SATURDAY 24/11/12
1.30PM KO (ptaf) Contrived to own defeat - slow start and down 2 nil after 12 mins and then dominated first half
to come back to all square at half time. Rhys sent off after 47 mins allowed momentum to shift back for Porty to take
lead and go further ahead with later goal. Merpro came back into match but another red card for Nicol made it too
difficult to retrieve the game. Goals from Craig(pen), Euan and Boulder. All the best for fortcoming round
to developing Portcullis side.
MERPRO 3 V 0 DUNDEE UNIVERSITY DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 17/11/12
2PM KO Good first half performance completely dominating match resulted in 3 goal lead at half time. Second half
reduced to 10 men after 'bad boy ' sent off after 58 mins for second bookable offence - allowed Uni opportunity to
get back into match but team regrouped and closed out game comfortably in the end. Goals from Jamesie,Craig and Boulder.
CASTLE AFC 2 V 1 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY
10/11/12 2PM KO Close match but home side had cutting edge and able to take advantage of some loose marking for
winning goal in second half. Headed equalising goal from Euan after Castle opened scoring.
MERPRO 3 V 5 ARBROATH CSC DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 3/11/12 2PM KO CSC go top after
late flurry of goals seal points. Fluctuating match with visitors playing well in early stages and going two up. Merpro fightback
to take 3-2 lead but three late goals eventually overan makeshift home side defence. Goals from Euan, Coully header
and Craig pen.

MERPRO 3 V 3 ABERTAY UNIVERSITY
aet (MERPRO
WIN 3-2 PENALTY KICKS) NORTH OF TAY CUP 1ST ROUND SATURDAY 27/10/12 2PM KO Good
competitive footballing match officiated well - Merpro well on top first half and squandered chances. Abertay came back
strong in second half to make it more even with Merpro finishing stronger in extra time. Jimmir GK hero saving two pens in shoot out. Goals
from Kevin(2) and OG. Pens : Campbell, Craig and Boulder.(Euan
hit post and Rocket spared last pen anxiety)
AUCHTERARDER PRIMROSE 5 V 4 MERPRO FOSTERS SCOTTISH AMATEUR CUP
2ND ROUND SATURDAY 20/10/12 2PM KO Somehow
contrived to lose this match - started well and went 1 up. Dominating match then series of defensive mishaps allowed
opponents into match and found ourselves 4-1 down at half time..second half great fightback to equalise eventually in 88th
minute but brutal mistake gifted winner in last minute - galling stuff. Spirit and attacking play good just need
to tighten up...Goals from Craig,Kevin,Euan deflected shot and that rare event Boulder header..! 17/10/12 : Match has now been rearranged to be played in Montrose. Auchterader pitch not playable
and as more rain forecast requested game be reallocated to Montrose. SAFA contacted and sanctioned change. (Original match postponed due to waterlogged pitch) IF SCOTTISH MATCH CALLED OFF PROVISIONAL DIVISION 1 FIXTURE V LOWSON UTD(a) ARRANGED 2PM KO INCHTURE 4 V 3 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY
6/10/12 2PM KO Injury time winner foils great second half fight back - down 2 nil half time but goals from Boulder
and Euan (2)make it 3 - 2 but gift and then wonder strike from edge of box allow Inchture to grab the points. Second
half saw return to Merpro attacking performance standards.
MERPRO
1 V 6 BARNHILL DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 22/09/12 2PM KO Barnhill deserved winners - more determined with
some good football - only brief snatches of Merpro matching. Merpro went ahead through Craig Allan but not consolidated
and visitors ran out comfortable picking off as match wore on.
MORGAN FP's 1 v 4 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 15/9/12 2PM KO Strong solid
performance with defence and midfield foiling a determined Morgan side. Three first half goals to lead 3-0 and then traded
goals with each other in 2 mins spell later in game to seal the win. Goals from Craig (2 ) Boulder and Jamesie.
SATURDAY 8/09/12 Free week - Golden Boy's wedding
RIVERSIDE ATHLETIC 4 V 0 MERPRO TAY VALLEY SHIELD SATURDAY 1/9/12 2PM KO Despite the defeat night
and day from previous game - played well with good commitment throughout. First 30 mins even with Merpro breaking up home
side's play but Riverside went ahead in 35 mins and another just before half time. Early second half tale of two chances..Merpro's
missed and minute later the classy Ronnie Kenneth completed his hat trick to extend the lead and a further late
goal from Lochhead finishing the scoring. Merpro had some good chances but not taken. Riverside excellent organised
passing side - best played so far. Seasoned side ex Tayport/Lochee Juniors Wemyss, Kenneth, Harris x 2, Patterson ,McDonald and
Wallace along with some good younger players.
MERPRO 2 V 6 DOUGLAS SPORTS CLUB Tay Valley
Shield WEDNESDAY 29/08/12 6.30PM KO Even allowing for development of new side this was a poor performance. Given
a lesson in commitment and despite a brief second half flurry not acceptable...only consolation couple of decent

2 V 4 ARBROATH CSC TAY VALLEY SHIELD
WEDNESDAY 22/08/12 6.30PM KO Good footballing match with CSC hitting 3 goal burst in 8 minutes at end of first half to
effectively kill off the game. Even match till then but Arbroath side of ex juniors too much experience to allow
Merpro back into match.Goals from James Robertson(first for Merpro) and Euan Duff. MERPRO 6 V 6 CASTLE FC DIVISION 1
SATURDAY 18/08/12 2PM KO Defences dominating...! Started
tentative and lost 2 goals within 12mins...clawed way back into match and found passing rythym as caught up with pace
of match and eventually went 6-3 up with 10 mins to finish. Lost 3 late goals as complacency set in and Castle
to their credit never gave up to capitalise. Goals from Euan(2) Craig(2 inc pen)Boulder and Campbell.
Low
key pre season completed unbeaten following games v Golf Inn, Kirrie Youth, Letham Lads Club and Arbroath Harp. New side

MERPRO 2 V 3 MENZIESHILL (aet) PREMIER LEAGUE PLAY OFF WEDNESDAY 6th JUNE 2012 6.45PM KO CARNOUSTIE
PANMURE JFC Merpro lost out after an exciting play off match in Carnoustie. The match was switched to Carlogie Park
at the last minute as Carnoustie Panmure's Junior ground was unplayable due to the torrential rain flooding the pitch.Merpro squandered
a barrowload of gilt edged chances.. inc miss of season contender...should have had Menzieshill well out of sight
on the night. Merpro went ahead twice in the match and dominated the second half but failed to finish the game
off. Menzieshill scored from a cross cum shot to equalise and take the match into extra time.Menzieshill went ahead for
the first time in the match with a header from a corner kick and despite some late pressure held out to win the match. Goals from Sean and Jimmir.
Merpro have now lodged an appeal as the Menzieshill GK has not been registered as
a signed player and not recorded on teamsheet as a trialist. Menzieshill received permision to play emergency
goalkeeper as per MAFA rules re GK special dispensation after his release from Dundee North End JFC on 6/6/12.
Broughty United have had their appeal upheld against St James AFC. St
James played an ineligible player still registered with Dundee United in Broughty's final match which they lost 7-2.. However as a result of their succesful appeal they have now been awarded 3 full points which leapfrogs them above
both Menzieshill and Merpro. As per MAFA rules which do not allow goal difference to be decisional factor we now have
to play Menzieshill in play off match to determine final relegation place....
MAFA have indicated Broughty United have lodged a protest against St James for allegedly playing an ineligible
player in their final match. Midlands Executive meeting will take place on Thursday 31 May to hear the appeal. If appeal
is upheld then likelihood of Broughty being awarded tie and 3 points and not then relegated. Merpro would then be
involved in a play off game v Menzieshill on 6th June at a neutral ground in Forfar. Merpro remain in Premier League following Saturdays results. Merpro
will finish in 9th place with Broughty United and Riverside Athletic relegated to the First Division.
INVERGOWRIE 3 V 1 MERPRO PREMIER LEAGUE SATURDAY 19/5/12 2PM KO Final
game of the season sums up most of season -good first half after giving away early goal but came back with equaliser
from Sean and had Boulder penalty claim denied. GK made great save to keep it level at half time.Lost two quick soft early goals
eventually fought back but ultimately too much to catch up. Invergowrie deservedly ran out winners with their tidy pass
n move football. Thanks for hospitality after game.

from Ferret.
SSPP 2 V 0 MERPRO PREMIER LEAGUE MONDAY 30/4/12 6.30PM KO Tough result as tight match throughout - SSPP started well against tentative reshuffled Merpro
side but weathered early pressure to come onto a good game and better team by end of first half. Lost early goal
with free header but again came back to play some good football.Daz hit bar after mazy run but shortly after lost second
goal from close range.Good game with differing team styles of play.

MERPRO 0 V 0 TAYSIDE FIRE BRIGADE PREMIER LEAGUE SATURDAY 21/4/12 2PM KO Started well playing great fast passing football then Sean unfortunate sending off after
12 minutes for last man collision.TFB came into game for spell but 10 men regrouped and went on to largely dominate with
a sterling hard working performance. Fin made cracking pen save after very soft award late in second half to keep
clean sheet. Well done to the 10 men.

MERPRO 2 V 4 NEWPORT FERRARI'S SHIELD QUARTER FINAL SATURDAY 31/3/12 2PM
KO (ptaf) Merpro exited Ferrari's after largely dominating an extremely frustating match - result of missed
chances ++ inc missed pen, inspired GK performance, o.g. and poor marking allowing Newport too clinically take advantage
on breaks to move into semi finals. Two Merpro players and one Newport sent off in what was never a dirty match. Double from Rhys "bad boy" Greig for Merpro goals. Congrats to Newport and all the best in the next round.

3/3/12 2PM KO Merpro started well and had couple of good openings but YM forced match and had best of first half.
Second half Merpro pushed on more and kept breaking through but amazingly Boulder shot shy at goal..looking fine then
GG sent off for 2nd booking in 72 mins. Down to 10 men for second week in a row then belter of a goal from Jimmir, his

more into game in second half and opened with a gifted long ball breakaway goal finished well.End to end
play thereafter inc Chris header off the bar and eventually equalised in 87 mins to take tie to extra time.Further defensive

penalty resulting in a sending off and further finished off by blatant offside goal to round off a furious
15 minute spell. Fought back well with 10 men but not enough in the end. Goals from Euan,Craig and Ally.

pressured throughout game and rearguard action with defence playing well but we scorned three really good openings.. Fine goal from Duff Junior in first half to equalise. (see match report for full details)

RIVERSIDE ATHLETIC 1 V 3 MERPRO PREMIER
LEAGUE SATURDAY 1/10/11 2PM KO Merpro's first Premier League victory to set their league campaign off
and running.Early goal after good pressure and could have gone further ahead with some good chances not taken. Riverside
equalised but we went further ahead in 40 mins to make it 2-1 at half time. Riverside applied second half pressure but
Merpro always dangerous on breakaway and clinched historic victory with late goal in 83rd min over sporting opponents generally
recognised as the top side in Midlands football over past 15 years. Goals from Boulder(2) and Yeti(see match report

FOSTERS SCOTTISH AMATEUR CUP 1st Round VALE
of EARN 1 v 3 MERPRO 24/9/11 Improved second half performance with late surge of goals secured the victory.First
half fairly even with both sides having some decent chances but went behind in 40 mins to a stunning strike.Vale had breakaway
chances in second half but gradual build up of pressure paid off in the end. Goals from Boulder,Duff Snr..and Rhys.
 NORTH OF TAY CUP 1st
ROUND MERPRO 10 V 0 STAR OF ATHOLL 17/9/11 Merpro hit the goal trail with a comprehensive victory over
Perthshire opponents from Blair Atholl. A couple of quick fire hat tricks from Boulder and Duff Jnr in each half set
up the win. Some decent play all round in difficult conditions acknowledged after the match by gracious opponents.Goals Boulder(4),Euan(3)Dean(2)
and Daz expertly executed edge of the box volley.

BRIGADE 2 V 0 MERPRO PREMIER LEAGUE SATURDAY 10/9/11 2PM KO Another disapointing result - played reasonably
well but well within ourselves as much changed side due to hols, sickness and absentees and as game looked to be heading for

1 V 6 MENZIESHILL PREMIER LEAGUE SATURDAY 3/9/11 Groundhog day with decent first half and going ahead just
before break and looking good but gave away early soft goals and then debateable offside decisions led to loss of focus

probably going in.. MERPRO 0 V 5 NCR
PREMIER LEAGUE WEDNESDAY 31/8/11 6.30PM KO Even first half with match in the balance but poor second half
allowed NCR to dominate and run out emphatic winners.
MERPRO 0 V 2 SSPP PREMIER LEAGUE WEDNESDAY 24/8/11 6.30PM KO Merpro's first Premier League match. Good match,no contoversy
with both sides testing each other out with passing football in an even game.SSPP took advantage of a 10 min spell
mid second half when Merpro lost bit of tempo and scored to capitalise.Merpro came close with Craig Allan shot off bar
in first half and despite disapointment with the defeat played well. Good referee.

MERPRO 3 V 4 MENZIESHILL MARQUEE TROPHY WEDNESDAY 17/8/11 6.30PM KO Good match with both sides playing some excellent football at times. Merpro on
top but kept throwing it away with Menzieshill efficiently clinical - some great goals and loads of chances
to kill game off. Goals from Craig, Rhys(goal of the season contender)and Euan.
MERPRO 3 V 5 SS PETER & PAUL MARQUEE
TROPHY SATURDAY 13/8/11 2PM KO SSPP snatched the points today in an infuriating match largely due to some very
contentious selective decision making. With Merpro leading 2-1 and the match progressing well in our favour a Merpro
player was sent off for foul and abusive language(sic) incredible in the context of the game..after querying about SSPP not
being 12 yards from a free kick.. SSPP galvanised hit back and went 3-2 up till we equalised but late
goals gave the visitors the spoils. Both sides had good spells playing decent football and we had some good chances to kill
off match but overall left with sense of injustice at result and decisions made..Goals from Craig, Dean and Scotney. MARQUEE TROPHY LEAGUE CUP SECTION MENZIESHILL

adding to the squad with some new signings. Aiden Pert and Connor Brown have returned to the team after another professional
season under their belts with Montrose FC U'19s.Dean Sellar also returns after a couple of seasons playing with Welfare
side Black Abbot.Goalkeeper Steven Gall steps up from Welfare side Neptune after training most of last season with Merpro
and Jamie Lownie has strapped himself up to sign from the Golf Inn.Scott Pithie previously a regular in the Fife
Kingdom Amateur league will be available between his offshore working commitments and finally John Murdoch "happiest
man alive" after resigning for the Merpro,(you should have seen the size of the smile..!)after discovering
the joys of management last season with Montrose Amateurs... Pre

MERPRO 2 V 2 NEWPORT (aet) (NEWPORT WIN 5-4 PENALTY
KICKS) GRAY TROPHY FINAL SATURDAY 4/6/11 2PM KO CRAIGIE PARK DUNDEE Drama continued to follow
the 'Merpro young guns' right to the end of the 2010/11 season..after yet another rollercoaster of a match Newport
managed to snatch the victory out of Merpro's grasp to take the Cup back across the Tay to Fife. Newport
started the match well and had most of the early play.Merpro clawed their way back into the match after going 2 goals down
with a Craig Allan deflected shot looping over the GK.This galvanished Merpro and they finally freed themselves up and began
to click and then dominated the match to equalise two minutes from the end with goal from Daz to force extra time. Merpro continued to pummel a now weary Newport but frustratingly somehow contrived to miss chance after chance and loads
more..! In between all this was a very controversial penalty awarded by the Assistant to Newport saved by
Hendo adding to the excitement ... Penalties produced even more drama with Campbell, Craig,Sean and Paul
converting and with Hendo again saving a Newport penalty up stepped Daz to attempt to finish the job...he calmly sent the
GK the wrong way but the ball slid just agonisingly wide... into sudden death with Nicol's pen saved and a Newport
conversion clinching the tie. As the Midlands President George Burton said at the presentation the spectators
"got their monies worth" Congratulations to Newport and all the best for next season.
Merpro AFC would like to thank all the supporters who travelled through to watch and gave
us great support - it was great to hear the roars when we scored.

week 2 points were still needed to confirm the title.Got off to perfect start with early goal after 5 minutes. University
came back well into match with wind advantage but in second half we took off and ran out convincing winners. Goals
from Euan, Honey Monster(2) and Campbell's first goal for 'the Merpro' ! Superb effort over the
season and a thoroughly deserved well done to all in the Merpro camp. "good times never seen so
good.."..

in half set up the victory to extend lead to 7 points with 3 games left to play. Goals from Craig Allan pen and low shot
inside box after good work on both occasions from Euan Duff.
 MERPRO 4 V 1 MORGAN FPs DIVISION 1 WEDNESDAY 11/5/11

ARBROATH CSC 2 V 4 MERPRO DIVISION 1 WEDNESDAY 27/4/11
6.30PM KO Yet another thriller tonight eventually triumphing with some late goals after another rollercoaster..fantastic
start with 2 goals in first 2 minutes then creating and missing good chances to kill match off. Arbroath snatched one
back with Gall and then in second half equalised and we took bit of a pummeling but came through to pick up
game again in end with two goals in last 10 minutes to win . Goals from Euan,Sean,Craig and Paul Duncan's

SC 3 V 3 MERPRO DIVISION 1 SATURDAY 16/4/11 2PM KO Dramatic rollercoaster of a match. Douglas
better side in first half and led 2-0 at half time although Merpro had the most chances.Merpro galvanised in second half and
scored in 46th minute only for Douglas to go up the park and score in the 47th minute...Merpro refused to give up and piled
on the pressure and overall on chances created should have taken all full points but came up against an inspired Douglas keeper
who had an excellent match. Cracking game with both sides deserving credit on a difficult pitch. Goals from
Euan,Sean and Craig(pen) (Hendo also saved pen to add to it all)
MERPRO 1 V 1 LOWSON UNITED DIVISION 1 WEDNESDAY 13/4/11
6.30PM KO Draw takes us back to top of the league..went ahead early with Jharone goal and looked likely to score a few
more but for second game in a row failed to capitalise on chances created. Lowson worked hard as always but rarely
threatened until got break of ball and snapped up their chance efficiently late in 2nd half to grab share of
the spoils. MERPRO 3 V 3 TAYSIDE FIRE BRIGADE (aet) (TFB won 4-2 on pens) BREMNER
CUP QUARTER FINAL SATURDAY 9/4/11 2PM KO Bremner Cup run comes to a disapointing end.Good attacking game
with both sides GK's making excellent saves.'Firies' started well and went ahead on two occasions but we came
back each time and eventually went into the lead. However sat back on lead and TFB equalised two minutes into
injury time to take match to extra time. Merpro created overall more chances and hit the woodwork but credit to opponents
who we wish well in the next round. Goals from Craig, Barry and Euan. Pen goals scored by Craig/Chris with
misses from Sean/Barry.

a sending off to grind out the win. On top for most of the match but needed late og goal 5 mins from time. Down to 10

reward. MERPRO 6 V 1 MICHELIN ATHLETIC DIVISION
